    Domain was bought yesterday, Wordpress installed with 3 most popular autoblog plugins, and fed with several free article sources related to foreclosure and home mortgages. The blog has over 500 articles backdated now, and the autobloggers will dripfeed the blog with 3 to 5 articles every day.

    There is a sophisticated ping list in the blog which will make indexing faster. Traffic can be expected in a month.

    How to make money out of it? Insert your adsense, or replace the links on the articles with your own affiliate links with some link replacement plugin (I can help you with that).

    The sale includes the domain name, the wordpress database and the plugins. To transfer this to your server, You will need to create an account for this domain name, create a db, and restore the sql dump that I will be providing you, and then install wordpress and use the db that you have created. Plugins will be needed to be uploaded manually. If its too technical for you, I can do the migration service for an additional $10.
