    Web Developers huh? Then why are you using a default WHMCS template? With as long as have been around you should have a nice looking site (not a default template).

    Yea alpha is the culprit for too much overselling.

    uhmm not to be rude to OP but I don't believe in Alpha. All Alpha resellers closed down in a few months. So expect that this business will close down too in a few months time..

    exim - cpanel service is down. Hence the message. The admin does not seem to care about the failure. Hence it is time to move on to another host by taking complete backup of the data.
