In my opinion most of forums are do follow, not came across any that updates your links to no-follow.

DoFollow blogs are as easy to find anymore. The lists that people have indexed in Google are out of date and the blogs are no longer dofollow.

Most, if not all, forums are dofollow, so you may want to look at using forums more.

 

Lots of nice tools out there. Stay away from the lists people publish since they get saturated really fast.

Do follow addon , might not work if you have upgraded to newmozzila firefox3.5, as soon as you do that which was my mistake, amny of the addons do not work. However, searchstatus does it all including pagerank which Googles sometimes dosen't work properly here is the address

I used to have an addon that worked with my older version of firefox but when i updated my firefox to 3.5, it stopped working.
