Selling Tourism Website Concept - PR1 - Adsense Earnings

    Hi Guys,

    I've bit more than I can chew - need to get rid of some projects.

    There's a small PR1 tourism website. I bought it from a guy who did Samoa holidays but then I changed my mind and changed the concept. I think it is a very good idea - the problem is that I am not passionate about tourism and I don't want to develop this website.

    So, really, the biggest value is in the concept. I don't think so, I know so - this site has the lowest bounce rate I've ever seen.

    I'm getting some traffic - not more than 100 uniques per month. Good quality traffic though - New Zealand, Australia, USA and some British.

    I'm earning some money via Adsense - $2.50 - $3.00 per month.

    The starting price will be an approximate 12x monthly income = $30

    There is no BIN and the auction ends Monday, 31 August.

    Starting bid x12 monthly income seems a bit high?

    Can you post traffic screenshots (inc referring keywords) please? What's the scribbled number on your adsense report to demonstrate?

    Well... what did you have in mind?

    I cannot post the screenshots but if you PM me with your Google Account email address, I will set up a temporary access for you. Yeah, guys, so if anybody wants to see the traffic (as I said in the OP - there's not much of it), get me your Google emails to PM.

    And the scribbled number is the earnings amount in dollars. Many people cannot think in pounds (it is scribbled because I wanted to become a doctor when I was a kid)

    Have you ever seen somebody selling his site for a 2x monthly income? :confused: Thank you for your offer but the answer is no.

    Ok, yeah, well, it is maybe sort of too high for a starting bid. Let's start from $10 and see where it gets us. I won't sell it anyway if the offer is not acceptable. I can leave it on auto-pilot and earn my $30 a year without doing anything... so I'm not too bothered - just wanted to give it to somebody who cares about tourism.
