Your impressions are being regularised to account for your budget - at the budget and cpc you've set you can only afford about 33 clicks a day, so what good are 58000 impressions to you?

What is your CTR? That might be the cause of this..

You've hit the nail on the head. The budget is way too low to have good placements and the CTR is probably very low to non-exsistant anyway.

In this thread, I mention that Google likely gives you more impressions in the beginning to gather needed information about your campaign. Once it has enough, you fall into the "regular" bucket and displays your ads in the way it normally does.

Magda is right. What good to give you X impressions when your CTR, CPC and budget means you'll exhaust your budget with only a fraction of X?

If you want to maximize your impressions from now on, figure out the average impressions per day. Take this number, multiply by your CTR and then your CPC. That's your daily budget. Multiply by 25% to cover overages and CTR increases.

Are you using content network? Search? Both? Keep them separate. What is your quality score on search?
