Hello friends.. i have account in paypal and my country dosent support it.. i am Indian guy but not living in India .. so in paypal i have choosed India as a country bec paypal dosent have my country.. Now there is Few things i want to 1) first of all i dont have a debit card to activate my paypal.. any solution for that? 2) I bought Hosting from net for 50$ and it worked for 15 days and then the site got closed.. hosting was for lifetime and that hosting now not working for me.. can i get my 50$ back?? the payment i sent was on 03-Jul-2009 3) i want to withdraw money .. and i dont have any bank accounts in india Nor in USA.. 4) i have debit card But Not the country i selected.. i have from other country.. will it work in paypal?? very tuff situation..... do u have bank account in India? if not, then ask with your relatives or parents (who have bank account )to create a paypal account and transfer the money to their account....... they can withdraw the money in India and can send you via western union.......

i think you can still withdraw money from paypal. tell them to send you a check to your address(they have option to withdraw via check)
You can use the VCC but in your situation i definately think that you should open an account in india or any other place that allows paypal. I don't think it costs you that much to open an account, i believe that's why guys are telling you to open a VCC account. Hope you get.
ok thanks and what about dispute?? Should i clam it? i mean i want to But there will be any problem with my paypal account :O and also by using VCC. its legal?? What if i got VCC.. it will be like my own credit card?? .. i really dont understand what is VCC .. i kow its vertiual credit card But how it works
VCC is legal these cards are generated for one time use by banks . If your host is down you can claim the dispute as u didnt get what u paid for

Should i make an account in 2co and get master card and then attach to paypal and then withdraw funds??? it will work?? as i am not living in INDIA now. i have shifted it .. and also the master card i will get will work for Verify??
Which country have u shifted too ?? u dont have anyone in India who can take the money and probably send it to you
I think you can ,do you know state bank of india,it has also branches in usa,go there and open an account or else ask your friends who are staying in usa which bank is best in usa and apply for an account,then apply for an international debit card which can work anywhere in world,remember only visa logo on that card not visa electron or maestro,Only visa or master card logos are accepted by the paypal for verification . coming to the site which you purchased ,can i know from where you purchased
Vcc is not legal to verify account in paypal. One more thing is that you can open bank account in India and update those bank details in your paypal account.
I have Shifted to Egypt ..and there isnt any bank here that are in INDIA .. ok There isnt anyway that i can order a debit card From the net and then i link that card to my paypal.. and then withdraw funds to card???
