excellent placement of ads, took me a while to find them! have you tried putting one of the large rectangles lower down the page instead of both at the top? i bet you get a good ctr anyway.
I think you did an AWESOME job of putting the ads in... they look just like the content and I completely ignored the header saying they were ads by gooooooooogle. Great job!
