There’s no reason to be embarrassed, I’ve been declined by them on several occasions. What is unfortunate is that once a website has been reviewed and turned down their system will automatically decline any future requests for inclusion from the same URL. I understand that Chitika is important to you but there are dozens of ways to monetize your site. Have you tried offersquest? P.S.
