I have a paypal account.

I used to buy some VOIP mins from one of the Indian seller.

I used to send him USD as he further needs to send USD to someone overseas in USA.

Now, my account got limited and as his so.

Now, I need to submit Invoice.

Should he ( voip seller) send me the Invoice in USD or INR ?

It depends on..how you fund your pp account.. USD of INR.? then it will be clear.

1) I don't have CC. I used net safe. Can I submit my Bank Passbook copy ?
2) Supplier Contact Info : What to submit here ? I only have email id of my supplier and the name.
3) Provide more information about payments : When I click on it, there is nothing available in the list. No idea about which payment they need information.

As I am selling Software CDs, I have a person who ship out the same for me from USA.

Can I create Invoice with above 3 items as quantity =3 and Name and Address of that person along with the contact number ?

and send that to paypal ?

I am CONFUSED !!!

And what if I cannot provide that ?

I spoke to them last night and person said that paypal needs to wait till all the product get delievered and paypal gets feedback about the quality of the product and then only they can remove limitations. Today, I got that email. I am CONFUSED !!!

Firstly, Dont Panic , Be Patient , Paypal has a somewhat uncomfortable Verification process .

Well, To relieve you a bit You will NOT loose a penny. ( 1000% Guranteed )
The limited accounts are allowed to withdraw funds, in probably 6 months.

You better call the PP, submit the documents and get the limitation off.

180 days is Ok but we all know HOW difficult it is to OPEN a new paypal account , as if we are surviving due to them and NOT they.

 

They need my supplier Info as becos I am from India and My product got shipped from USA ? Is that the reason ?
