    Singapore is very multi-racial and has representations of most major religions, it is the place I feel safest walking around alone at night... can't say I've even witnessed a crime/abuse/bashing or even verbal abuse.

    Cause they'll cane your ass if you do anything wrong. We're too liberal in American jail systems,...we act as though any of the people will actually become something afterwards...which is prodominately not the case.
