It looks like i am getting more sales from keyword links and pretty good amount of hits from text links. I am new to CJ but are the text links being used on CPC or is that keyword advertising? I am just confused and my tracking software is google analytic program which is not picking up the sales. Right now i am averaging about 3 to 5 sales per day on CJ which is not bad and its only been up a week. I really want about 10 to 20 sales but i do not have a lot of products. Just a lot of good prices. I also made a catalog but nobody seems to be using it that much even though it seems like the best way to sell. Any suggestions would be great. I will be here for a while so i can answer your questions that you might have to improve my affiliate program. Thank you
Hi Jake, Don't know if I understood your doubt: Is possible that some of your advertises are using plain text links in CPC as this do not violates any TOS. I personally only use a non-Keywords Link in CPC in two cases: 1 - The advertiser has not the Keyword Link enabled; 2 - Some of the text links or datafeed links has a different and more relevant landing page compared to the fixed keyword link landing page. (example: get a Motorcycle cover datafeed link for the keywords "Motorcycle Cover") You're to new in the network to start selling high volumes A lot of publishers will just see your hardwork and trust in you as soon your stats (EPC, bars) came out - until there you will have hundreds of inactive publishers on your list. The datafeeds are very useful and will produce future results as soon people start to import it to their own sites, but this takes time. Your keyword Link update called my attention: You decided to do not allow your affiliates to bid on cars, trucks, etc.. on AdWords - are you sure about this policy? Looks you are cutting out most part of your products to be promoted legitimated from your affiliates using PPC.
