Does It Save To Buy Non Alphabetic Domain?

    I found some expired domain with high PR .. but use chinese or arabic language .. is it PR save if i developed this domain become English language? Please .. thank you.

    It should be fine of the domain retains it's backlinks.. can you check Google and Yahoo backlinks to see if you think it's stable, solid backlinks?
