put the eagle behind the circle with wings to both sides and head out the top area. and builds in the BG of the JTM Agency area. make the flag start to fade in the middle and fade to white on the edges.

Like the eagle, JTM and buildins in BG on this one. would be great with above style flag, and agency text

By border I'm guessing you mean that white fluffy border (unless u mean the white border on the text)

BTW, is it possible to win both first AND second place prizes?
