Malaysia has full of scammer. Is it true?

First of all; I'm malaysian.
I just starting this IM stuff recently.

I go here and there and it seem so many restriction put on Malaysia.
Why this?

For anybody had issues with Malaysian, please tell here so that I would NEVER think about scamming others.

ops, I doesnt mean here is DP.

It happen on 2006 when I first time heard about CB. But at that time, Malaysian can't apply die to too many fraud.
But now its ok.

Here and there I mean on this posts are the site that put a lot of restrictions on us. Currently is tradebit, just name some of the sites.

So people, I represent my peoples to let you voice up your experience deal with Malaysians. Im sure most of you had that experience.

Every country has some good people and some bad people.

Making a statement that "Malaysia is full of scammers" is ridiculous.

I've dealt with at least one Malaysian on this forum.

And btw, this guy is Malaysian.

 

And DP even have a moderator from Malaysia.

Nonsense...! In fact scammers are everywhere all over the world. Not to mention offline scammers... BTW, Dynasyox is also a mod here in DP.

Malaysia is hot and warm, both the weather and the people, that all i know about Malaysia.

"Malaysia is full of scammers", this statement can't hold water at all!

 

Scammer is all around the world, it doesnt matter where s/he from but the personal attitude

 

Malaysia is cool is most matters. ( with official! exception to religion and things which follow that )

Those days there was lotsa open proxy servers and stuffs which made malaysian IP's look ugly . That issue is kinda taken care now. ISP's are strict with their servers and have some rules!! and a few millions on infrastructure..

and malaysian users dont have an history of spending online. BUT the bandwidth taken by them and number of users online ratio is quite BIG. so some companies ( veoh, uploading.com etc., ) dont think its feasible to provide its services. ( some developing countries hit that area of being specially shadowed ) No free donuts )

apart from that i see very little of scamming from them. they are very good people to deal with ( btw. am not m'sian, but i am on m'sian IP / soil / both )

Malaysians are definitely good and trustable.

Just that when internet was new there were a few frauds on cpa and stuff.

click bank and paypal didn't want malaysia because there wasn't many buyers and users at that time...

 

i had malaysians and indonesians use fake credit cards on me in the past.
I blocked as many ip's s i can from those countries.
