paypal - $10 received = 10¢ Fee

i'm not new to paypal....
i received a payment of $10 and the fee was only 10 cents.
wondering why it wasn't 64¢? ...not that it really matters though.

3%-4.5% + 0.30$

mass payment donot deduct any fees from the reciever
it deduct 1$ only from the sender

i must be lucky.i saved 49¢.

no it wasn't,but anyway mass pay is fee free for sender and receiver.
edit:maybe they deduct $1 from the sender,but i thought it was free.
