Will posting in Yahoo Answer increase your Google points PR?

    Do you guys use yahoo answer to advertise your website? Will it give us good points on Google PR?

    No, it doesn't bring any PR for your website. It is nofollow.

    Yahoo answers site it's self is no-follow so won't increase your google PR but will you may well get targeted extra visitors.

    There are some other sites i have seen that use feed from (or scrape? don't know which) yahoo answers to fill forums etc with posts. Some of those are do-follow but have such a low PR them self that it makes little if any difference.

    Did this change reflect recently on Yahoo answers, because 2months back i can able to post links in Yahoo answers with level 1 then later from that month i can't able to post link.

    Nofollow links won't increase your PR but they can help you boost up your trust/authority rank which
    will help your rankings... (plus a few possible visits from the link itself)

    It's no follow link thus will not impact the PR, however you will get some targated visitors.

    Yahoo answer use nofollow tag so you will get no PR juice/no ranking boost etc. The only thing you may get is some direct traffic. But I personally will suggest to invest your time in someother promotional activity instead of YAs.

    No you will not gain any link love from yahoo Answer. But you can think of using it to drive some quality traffic to your website

    You get PR when there is some site linking back to you. So if that site has a good PR then you get a part of that PR juice. Here yahoo answers has a nofollow tag so that wont happen. But you could get traffic fomr yahoo answers.
