    JustHost is a very trusted host. You need to apply your credit card details and they take a small 50p charge and then you get 1 year free hosting. I think he's asking for somone to add their credit card so he can get the account.

    Well, most of the hosting providers accept payments via payment gateways like Paypal, Google checkout etc. and hence there is no risk in making the payment as payment gateways like Paypal and Google checkout are renowned payment gateways which are quite secured. I think it is better to make the payment via these payment gateways if you wish to make the payment via Credit card or else I would suggest you to make the payment via bank transfer.
