Problem with Microsoft Office Excel 2007

    I am running licensed versions of VISTA and Microsoft Office Excel 2007. When I am closing Microsoft Office Excel book the error message comes up "Microsoft Office Excel has stopped working" and program is closing!Then it starts to look for updates!

    I have already re-installed it for few times, downloaded Office 2007 service pack2 but it does not help at all!

    Any ideas how to sort it out?

    I will appreciate any ideas

    I think your Microsoft Office 2007 CD is pirated. Try the original one.

    Indeed it has.

    Have you tried OpenOffice (Calc) instead?
    It's free, open source, and it actually works. :)

    But that is the error message!
    I have not tried OpenOffice yet, thanks for the advise! But i like MO Excel.


    @Padalda, I am totally certain that I am using a licensed version!
