Search Engine Optimization (which, depending on the keywords you're targeting may take some time to bring in any significant traffic), article marketing and forum marketing (posting on relevant forums with a signature link that leads back to your site). Of those three, forum marketing will probably give you the fastest results, but you have to actually contribute interesting/insightful/useful content to the forum and not just "cool, good post." or whatever. Also, your signature needs to be something that grabs people's attention and makes them WANT to click through to your site.
