how to remove 404 error in joomla ?

    am getting 100 + 404 error and some http error for my newly started joomla site .. am using sh404 plugin.. how to remove these errors .. i found this in google webmaster tool ...

    please explain what exactly the errors are?
    do you get wrong links in the website ( the mistake can be in htaccess or some settings)
    or have indexed pages which already dosnt exist ( resubmit your sitemap :)

    go to your sh404 panel and click your 404 errors,
    next list the 404's ascending by greatest hits,
    now copy the url of the 404 error,
    then using the drop down box where it shows '404 errors' change it to sef url's,
    find a sef url that is the closest match for the 404 url and click on it.
    Copy in you 404 url in the box and save.
    rinse and repeat for your 404 errors and done.

    sh404 doesn't makes automatic links for pages that are not published as menu items, are you sure it's not that?

    It could be someone trying to guess links to your content to pages that does not exist. What kind of links does sh404sef report results in a 404 error?

    It seems like nobody familiar with this system, me too!
    The way from "Rodder7" is the way to remove 404 urls from google webmaster tools.
    Waiting for joomla guru....
