    Yes, you could put a title at the top and if you wanted to restructure the ad placements, you can do that as well.

    As for moving the site, if needed I would assist with the transfer!

    The site is fairly new so no revenue or traffic stats. A site of this caliper will take no time to get traffic coming back for more!

    Its a nice site, does it autofeed the content? Also, the links open they navigate away from the site... can they be made to open in a new window? How hard is it to choose new sources of content if the new owner wants to?

    Thank you! The whole site is 100% fully automated. Yes, the links can be updated to open in new windows/tabs. Changing the feeds is relatively easy.
