I need you to pimp it out and make it look AWESOME, however keeping strictly within the current colour scheme of black, white, grey and red. It must still remain professional and business like. This is extremely important, because the page will be used on the website of the 7th largest engineering consultancy firm in the world, employing over 8,000 people. Entry to this must be extremely serious. After I have sent you the visio page, do your work, and then send it back. The design that is chosen will be used, and the designer will be paid. Believe me, that is extremely fair. This is a very easy thing to do. Should only take somebody experienced in vision 5 mins.
´LOL this is ridiculous, who are you to say that $25 is "fair" for someone else's work, creativity and time, even if it takes only 5 minutes, it is not something you could do, and of course not in 5 mins, right? otherwise you wouldn't be here asking for this. I suppose you were hired to create the website, you're getting paid enough money and you lack of inspiration so you want poor guys to create it for you and then you just pay $25, again, this is ridiculous.
I thought the same thing, but its not a website he wants designed. Its a visio file, that needs to be improved, in that Microsoft program, and sent back to him.
