Hello, I orderd a hosting with my credit card 4 days ago, but today still get no reply. When email them to ask why, they told me never received one like that. I don't want to wait any longer. Could I cancel this order? I'm a newbie with credit card, how could I do to get my money back? Any suggestions will be very appreciated!
since they told you that they did not receive your order, call you bank: 1. ask your bank if there was a transaction charged to your card 2. ask your bank to cancel the transaction
Do you have the receipt of your order.. usually when you order from the internet you should receive an email of the confirmation. If you do, use this confirmation to cancel your order. Hope this help.
hey Zhaiduo, Call your bank and askt hem to cancel the order and chargeback.. so this hosting company has to pay more and their image will ruin in industry. BTW,which hosting company was that? can you forward the URL so it may help other members who are planing to get hosting from. Thanx
it's weird, I check my credit card history, can't find that order. But I'm very sure that I have input some information for order that hosting. This is the confirmed email that they reply to me: Order Received (xxxxxxxxxxxx.com)
Is this a hacker site? just want to steal my private data? I called back to bank, they said no such record.
It doesn't seem like a hacker site. I found two old reviews about them at: webhostingstuff.com One very positive and one very poor. They exist at least a couple of years.
