    I think you can not add funds from your credit card or bank account to paypal if you are from India.

    Only US/UK people can add funds to paypal from bank account.

    No way to add funds to indian paypal account.

    You can top-up your Paypal account with the money in your bank. But you need to add that bank account to your Paypal.

    Debit / Credit cards can be added to paypal provided your bank supports internet transactions. Once the card is added, you can use it to pay your paypal expenses. Loading from bank i'snt an option for India at the moment.

    Choose add new bank account, and then plug in the details, and then deposit some money from it into paypal. Normally takes a few days.

    I don't know about your country, but I've asked Paypal and they told me that I couldn't fund my account with anything but US bank account, although I've attached my CC in my Paypal account and also my local bank account.

    Im in Spain and have had a local Spanish bank account attached to my Paypal account for 6 months now. It seems to work quite well, withdrawing from Paypal to my account happens virtually overnight however, if I add funds FROM the account TO paypal it can take up to 21 days. But it is not limited to US only accounts.

    I have the option to withdraw the money to my local bank and CC, but not to send the money from them. I think the rules are just different for each country.
    But I wonder why, Paypal took $1.95 through my cc and deposited it to my Paypal account to verify it, but how come I can't fund it using my cc?
