the spelling question for EZA. I have some particular terms as follow: 1. windows 2000, xp, vista or any other version. 2. a path in disk such as d:\articles\windows\software. 3. an entry in registry such as HKEY_LOCAL_USERS\WINDOWS\MICROSOFT\CurrentVersion. 4. some particular terms such as INF, LOG, regedit.exe, AVG etc. how do i write it correctly in articles for EZA. help plz.
Seems you would just write those terms in the article same as you did in your post. However, I had one article that some smarty at EZA "fixed" by changing the spelling of a technical term, incorrectly. I changed it back to the correct spelling then resubmitted and they changed it again. That's just a little bit stupid. If they aren't an expert on the subject they shouldn't be changing the content just because a word is flagged by their spell checker. My article got published with a misspelling of an important technical term.
I agree with Geomark. I don't know what the terms all refer to, but the way you have written them is very clear, so it would be easy to follow your instructions. I would be concerned, re the comments by Geomark, that EZA should change the content of anyone's articles, and would take it up with them
Submit as you want, EZA's mods are smart and know what you want to say. Check following article as a sample. http://ezinearticles.com/?A-Tale-of-Two-Regeds&id=62101
"Submit as you want, EZA's mods are smart and know what you want to say." LOL, at least they think they do. I wrote an article on solar energy and used the term "insolation" which refers to radiant energy striking an area. They kept changing it to "insulation" which might seem appropriate to someone with the simple notion of energy->heat->insulation, but is completely wrong in this case.
Everyone have their own view points based on experiences, we both are not exception of this. You have a bad experience, and I have good. May be I am bit lucky than you. BTW their are almost 62 approved articles on ezinearticles.com with word insolation, reference with solar energy. You can check it using their search tool.
Interesting. I do have a talent for finding the weak link, which I apparently did when my article got reviewed.
