    I found a website with awesome adsense placement>> is this placement allowed by TOS? or it will lead to be banned ?

    I think the OP is talking about the background image of Adsense ad block. You cannot make changes in the code of Adsense ads to style them. But, I think background image should be treated as the background color of the page (which may be any color). So, it is not against Adsense TOS.

    Looks more like the same old same old and someone erroneously thinking this is how to get traffic to make money with Adsense. When all it will really do is up the impression count slightly.
