Very well said...I would go a bit further than your valid suggestion and recommend that Nadine needs to decide what's good for him/her...I mean, you need to ask yourself this VERY important question "what do i really want and what can I really do with whatever limited resources I (time, money, skills) have?"...if that makes sense!
Just follow your passion. This is where you will do your best work and where it will show in your site. If you are sincere about your niche then the money will follow.
You can sign up for any affiliate program and be successful. It's all about execution. A website with a great design always wins. Well written content with correct grammar and punctuation. Choose a niche you're interested in. It's no fun trying to make money with a niche you're not passionate about.
