Hello people, My paypal is limited at the moment and its the first time it has happened. I have summited in the information they need and my last step is Photo ID. I am under age and they need my passport or NI. I summited my NI however its been 1 week its in Progress. What shall I do? I forgot the DB i signed up paypal with. Its my Last step to remove the limitation. Also how many days is the limiation if I keep waiting? What shall I do? Im worried.
If you have already sent them all documents then why don't you give them a phone call as that way you can sort out this issue quickly. DON.
They sometimes take real long to check the documents, My account has been limited around 5 times and once I think 3rd time it took around 95 days to get restrictions removed. (By the way I sent very same documents all 5 times other than utility bill). Yes they are stupid.
Thats why its said to call them once you submit your documents ! They act fast if we call them ! They will remove our limitation as soon as you call them if they are satisfied with your documents. - Digital -
That's the bad part. If they decide you're too high risk you lose your account and they hold your funds for 6 months =/ I've had friends that have had that issue and had quite a few thousand locked up. Best of luck!
Submit the correct document..Then call them..Then they will check your account within 24 hours.. I followed these and got my account back within 8 hours!
Usually it takes 2-3 days to remove limitation if you have submitted correct details, I had 2 times. But limitations were resolved quickly. Good luck Blog.
Thats really bad (Locked up for 6 Months). I only have 200 GBP on there but its locked up. I only have 1 step to clear which is the Photo ID. I am stuck. I am under age and I forgot my Paypal DOB. It says I will need a passport. Shall I just photo them a little bit off it? What do they need of the passport mainly?
I did that. They said they can limit my account forever however in 180 days they can give me back my cash. I told them why and etc. No good answers. What shall I do now? I forgot my Date of Birth for my Paypal and I am under aged. They ask for Photo ID aswell. I dont look young though.
Probaly Bank or creditcard. I did'nt ask. Thanks for reminding me. Do you think photoshopping the passport DOB will work? Or shall I send what I have?
Sorry If I didn't tell you but I did that as well and all my documents were CORRECT and the same documents got the limitations removed but they took time.
They will send standard check. I have did that once for my friend and it worked but I'd strongly recommend you to NOT do that because if by any chance they catch it than all your money in the account is gone.
