    I think their will always be early payment since CPALEAD takes 15%, but hey I love early payment so I hope it stays forevery also

    The problem is simple...the gateway just isnt loading the IMAGE file properly. Maybe their server that serves the gateway backgrounds is down?

    Anyway, none of my sites with a custom gateway are affected by this, as my gateway image is served from elsewhere. If you want a permanent fix to this problem then just switch to your own background right now.

    I just checked all my sites and the only ones affected are the ones with the gateway images from cpalead. All my custom sites are still making money.

    I didn't even notice the gateway had a problem to be visualized on IE. :p
    Well, it's a little bit odd since so far I've got 1000 visitors and 14 clicks, but still.. I've thought I was just having a bad day.. :D

    Will CPALEAD offer some allowance or decrease the earlier payment fee as allowance?

    OMG! Its not fixed yet on IE, i'm hampered!

    Im not putting any 3rd party scripts on my gateway that promises to fix it.

    are cpalead stats realtime?

    means if I fill out my own survey right now, will it show up in my earnings immidieatly or later?

    where and how to check how many surveys i had from my visitors today?

    oh no..now I understood why my conversion is low. I feel like losing $200 atleast ..I am trying to stay calm but don't know why getting angry.. Please Troy fix it ASAP..

    Hey guys (and gals), We were making some changes to the gateway core yesterday around 5pm pacific.. we tested on our machines and did not catch this bug in house, rest assured it is fixed now. We're sorry for the inconvenience..

    Darn you IE! :mad:

    it has been fixed but yea i think i lost a great deal of money today and yesterday too this sucks badly and im not happy with it.

    hope the new gateway will be there soon so that we will not get this problem again.

    to jason:

    your right IE should be forbidden IE is a stain on the internet...

    This is our first problem in months, we ask for your forgiveness. Any of our publishers that have been with us since the start of the Gateway would be able to tell you that things have been a lot more stable this year than last year. However, problems are always inevitable and we are all humans, mistakes are made now and then.

    While we are happy to report that this has been our first problem in months, we are very saddened that it happened. Luckily we have a strong team that works on the weekends when there is a problem and luckily we have you guys here on the forums that tell us immediately when a problem occurs.

    Yeah, i understand , But we have lost money in this periods , it is especially saturday , the most income source from many people . That's not only a apology could settle this down .

    Like me , i should have about $100 + now on saturday

    but it is only $18 now


    i would suggest giveout some allowance or somethings like lower fee of earlier payment etc

    Anyway , thanks for quick fix

    CPALead has given us the opportunity to make so much money, that I don't think a little mishap like this should be that big of a deal. The problem was fixed within 24 hours-ish. I think we can let it slide :p

    Just saying, without CPALead, I wouldn't be earning nearly as much money as I am now
