$25 logo contest

I need a logo for my new site http://ukgreyhoundracing.com/

I've had a couple designed that I haven't really liked so I'm just using something basic I did myself for now.

The site is all about UK greyhound racing as you might have guessed, including guides, tips, news etc.

It needs to be 310x80.

Really looking for something that gives us an identity, something the current one doesn't.

Winner will get $25 via paypal. Contest runs for 48 hours.

I tried to keep it clean and simple. PNG File can be provided.

 

I like most of the work so far, the only thing that concerns me is how those on a white background will look on the purple.

Richard, I'm not sure your UK fits with the rest of the logo but the yellow looks quite good.

All the others are good.

Hi Abdul, thanks for your design. I'm not sure about the white outline to be honest, doesn't look as clean, or the stars. I like the rest, maybe the text and greyhound in another colour would look better.
