Hi, I just created a a Forum. Basically the forum is for people who need help with computers. Iv already made 2 posts today, One on how to make your computer faster, And a friend requested me to make another one on a Free Anti Virus he can use. Ill be making more posts when the Website gets more traffic. My Forum: http://computersupport.freeforums.org/ I will be getting it a domain name as soon as I get alittle bit more traffic. So my Questions 1) Will adsense take forums? Like Can I put them on the Sides?? 2) How Can I spread my Forum? Im new to this, So any tips or Advise would be helpfull. Ty.
BUT , your forum is a FREE FORUM i.e free hosting provided by freeforums.org nd ff.org DOES NOT allow its clients (even after upgrade) to publish their own ads ... so beware not to upgrade the pakge if u want a forum for earning ... br, B3
You spread it by working on SEO so it appears in search engines for certain key words, asking all members that join to spread the word, hosting advertising contest and paying the winner $$$. For instance have the contest be a youtube video competition for a video advertising your forum and say it is over in 2 months....soooo many people will make vids if you legit pay them the $100 so if you do 1 of these competitions every few months you can generate amazing traffic.

Yups.. adsense accepts forums, haven't you saw many adsense ads on DP too.. EDIT: Oopps I forgot you are a newbie here.. About promotion: First I recommend you to get a good domain name instead of this freeforum once as soon as possible.. Promote your forum by posting on another forums with link on your forum in your signature links.

Free domain won't make you any good. Forums are hard to promote... Use excellent forum script like Vbulletin...
It isnt a Free domain, I had to pay $15 for it. They first gave it to me as computersupport.freeforums.org, then i upgraded it to propcsecurity.com for $15.
You can put ads on forums. This Digital point itself is a forum and you can see many google ads here. Try to put unique content in forum so that your pages get indexed in Google, Bing, yahoo which are the major search engines. Promote your forum via article marketing, social bookmarking, regular sitemap submission, free press releases, forum commenting and blog commenting. These are easy ways to promote anything without spending a dime.
absolutly my frnd , u simply cant place UR OWN ads on ur forum hosted by "FREEFORUM. ORG" ... I had already warned u ... I really feel sorry for it mate ... nd yes,its quite sure now that all the ppl who replied in this thread HAVE NEVER actually used "FREEFORUMS.ORG" nd datz y they are jus suggesting u to promote ur forum rather than givin u the RELEVENT answer ... anyways,I hav used FF for long nd now fed up wid their very rule ... nd if u ask me ... i'll suggest u to 1) Copy all of your posts from that forum to ur pc and request for a back up by requesting in their forums ... 2) Download any of the free forum scripts available on net like phpBB , Mybb 3) Host ur OWN (to which uav real root access) forum to any of the free hosting companies ...
