I think google will review your account when you reach $100. So even they did not ban you last year when you committed the fraud, it does not mean you will not get banned later when you reach the $100 mark. Good luck.

yea, i believe google will be alert if the visit is from direct traffic which directed to a click. My brother did get banned before due to fraud click, until now, about 2 years back, he have been trying to appeal for getting the account back, still no news and reply from google.

    I haven't received any e-mail.
So I guess I should be safe?

No, that's not always true. Just read the many many posts here in the Adsense forum by people who have had their accounts banned with no warning at all. If you are lucky, you will get a warning (and I've only heard of warnings for problems with content and other program policies, not invalid clicks), or Google will ignore the invalid clicks on your account. If you are not lucky, your account will be disabled just as you hit $100. Don't count on no news being good news.

Its a lively discussion, but there are different opinions and I am confused. So I think you will not be banned, but there is always a chance till you receive first cheque:).

Just an update on the thread.
And thanks for all of the replies.
I've moved up to $84.18 (All real clicks, not fraudulent)
And still no ban or e-mail.
    Nothing.
    I'm still worried though.
    I even remembered,
I had a really high CTR when my friends were clicking, it was like 40%,
so I hired a guy and paid him $2 to send proxy traffic to my site, kind of like bots, and within 2 hours my CTR dropped to below 1%.
    Now that's bad aswell.
    I think I'm screwed.
Clicked my own ads, told my friends to click, frauded page impressions.
Although all of that was in the course of one month.
Back in September of last year.
    What do you guys think?
    Thanks!

You have to be very careful. If you have escaped once you may not escape the second time.

If the big G finds this post on DP you will be banned for sure. I wouldn't be going around making posts on the internet about your fraudulent clicks.

Once google's system caches you...you'll be gone !! So never do that kinda work again ! Instead try to improve the content and traffic of your site...
