Hi all im using the wp default theme from Kubrick on my blog TrafficBuildersSite.com/blog for some dumb reason the when I click a perm link the above in browser title uri reads like this Website Marketing - Traffic Builders Blog <<Blog Archive>> How To Make Money From Funny Videos instead of jut displaying Website Marketing - Traffic Builders Blog How To Make Money From Funny Videos can any one offer help whats causing this error??? someone please say....
Looks to me that the problem is in your permalinks. Are you also using the all in one seo pack? In your WordPress permalinks, I use /%category%/%postname%/ for my category structure. In the all in one seo pack, I use the following: Post Title Format: %post_title% Page Title Format: %page_title% Category Title Format: %category_title% Make sure that you .htaccess file is writable if you change your permalink structure and then change it back.
when I installed the all in one seo pack then activated it I got this Fatal error: Call to undefined function admin_url() in /home/content/t/r/a/traffix/html/blog/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/all_in_one_seo_pack.php on line 616 I basically installed the Platinum SEO Plugin Options/// I noted that when addind the Post Title Format: %post_title% Page Title Format: %page_title% Category Title Format: %category_title% it made the permlink structure defined to the post only.... is that good seo practice???? I mean wont the ses look in the meta for where the title is comming off.... or will the ses see more like a html page title like website??? if that so wow I like that meta structure ....... bro ive fixed everything by adding the platinum seo pack..... now it all renders perfectly....... you get kudos and greenies see your user cp .... thanks
Most of the pro bloggers use that format. However, you could add you site name to it as well. But, I would add it after the title for better SEO. One of the biggest problems is when you use short titles and your site title is long. Tends to create duplicates because of the title length.

I like that idea .however you blog just displays the title of post.. and not the title of blog? hmmmmmm why do say do the opitise............ sounds like your issuing your statement ... heres what I found............. is it okay foe seo to live it so only the title of post dispaly???? or does it matter if the title of blog and post is combined on the blog............ im looking for the best way as SEO is imortant............ also how mant charictors do recommend in the title legnth.......... based on your authority wp title add and meta title adds.... I like the fact if I can make my titles longer and then leave the meta perm link title longer..................... this allows me the freedome of having more seo in the meta title................... and frees up room for perm link title to be like a website title..... unless perma links and meta title are suppose to joined in the quiery for seo proposes.......
