Use the Googlel Analytics or the wordtracker keyword research tool for you to choose the best keywords for your site.
Try searching within Google Hot Trends for the keywords or phrases you would use to find your services if you were in the market for them. Or you can also use Wordtracker Gtrends which will tell you if a key phrase is worth using or not. I've been having great success with the latter.

Be very descriptive ...the long tail philosophy, the more specific the keyword or phrase the more likely you will result in a sale.

about the keyword tactics you select to promote based on what density???? three worde or four is more dense??? please explain expert advise ...
very it gets the keywords ....but in density you must create your own group of words that follow ... good luck
There are a lot of good kw research tools but since I have used some of them I could see that perhaps you can not just rely on one or two tools. Manual kw research still need to be done, especially if you have very niche kws. GG Adwordd tool is also good.
