Hello All, I was doing some reading at clickbank and I found out something that I never knew at all. It says if you have a dormant account with a positive balance that fees will be deducted from your account. It starts small and goes all the way up to charging you $15 per pay period if your account has no sales for a year. These small fee deductions are probably annoying to people who don't make much sales. Did anyone else know this??? Mike
I made two sales of $66 last year and then never promoted any product. What do I see, they start deducting $1 and then $5 until my balance was $3 before I made a sale last month. Making a sale is expensive but not doing it is even more!
Is is ClickBank's way of clearing accounts that they consider dormant and most likely never to be used again. Rather than keeping that money on the books for years and years for no reason. As long as you make a sale every once in a while, you'll never have to worry about it.
Very Good and important information. Thank You. I, too, did not know that. Good thing I have yet to make money on ClickBank. I still do try to supplement my other income from the internet just to see if I can find a winner. I have found a winner. But its always an exciting challenge to find another one. I sometimes get caught up in the dream besides reading the fine print. Lesson... Don't leave a balance in your CB account. Best Wishes, Dean This is the first truly automated system for newbies to make money fast.
Its just their way of getting rid of dead weight affiliate wanna be's that don't make them any money!
If you're not going to use your CB account again - who cares how much they charge you? If your balance is below the payout threshold then you aren't going to receive any money anyway.
