Hi, I am from bangladesh . I need a us bank account to accept payment from many affliate site..then which is the chepest solution for that? [without payoneer virtual bank] ..any suggestion?
if you google you will get the solution. you need to visit www.etrade.com from there you can open your bank account very easily.
The "best" solution is to use an alternative available in your country, and use affiliate programs which pay through that. Getting a US bank account is not the best solution. But as stated above, E*Trade is where you can get an account open. You can even link it with PayPal but they'll still limit you for your IP being of a non-supported country.
Then why don't he try to register paypal thru some USA proxy? And when he finish verification, he could use his own IP without problems. Am I right?
Netspend also a good alternative, But you need a USA address, just google to buy a USA address. Then you can have a Netspend account. Good luck Blog.
I'm not sure if I get it right.. You're trying to have an account in US bank from outside?? Is that even legal?? If it is, How're you gonna withdraw your money?? Please forgive me if I misunderstood you..
Cheek my sign,my site on online payment can register paypal account as USA proxy. The site can verify your paypal account by USA debit card verification. You can cheek my online payment site, hope it can help u anyways. Thanks
i need us account because maximum affliated network have option to pay by ACH transfer.. i will cash money by debit card linked with that account.. thanks
It's explicitly against the PayPal ToS to either access your account through a proxy OR to access your account from a non-permitted country - there are posts from people in this forum who had their account limited just after they accessed it from a non-supported country on vacation, so it does happen. Either way the odds are that PayPal will limit the account.
So what now? An 'USA' citizen cannot get on vacation in paypal non supported country and use his verified PayPal account while he is there? It's not like he is going to withdraw his money in paypal non-supported country. He will only access it from there. And if he withdraw his paypal money on USA based bank account, why would be a problem if he try to do that from Zimbabwe for instance?
It would probably be OK if that person with a verified account called PayPal and notified them he would be visiting that country. But otherwise, no, as ryan-isra points out, accessing a USA account from Zimbabwe would result in the account being limited. Just look at it from PayPal's point of view - from what they can see, access from a non-supported country is likely to be by someone who can't possibly have a legal USA account. They limit the account not to punish the account holder, but to prevent the money from the account from being stolen by a hacker. And that's not unique to PayPal - if you have a USA credit card, your account can be frozen if you use it overseas without having notified the credit card company first.
It's explicitly against the PayPal terms to access your account through a proxy. If they detect that to be the case, once again your account will be limited.
And how they will detect it? First they deserve to be 'tricked' because aside from citizens of USA and EU, they treat the rest of the ppl like animals. To prove that, I will only say, that there are lot of countires that are on some kind of 'special' paypal list. Citizens of these coutnries can upload their money on paypal and spend it, but they cannot withdraw their earned money. So...it's nice when paypal fiilling up it's own fortune, but it's not nice when somebody else want to earn 'few' $ to make a living? The person who try to use USA proxy should be first aware that his account can be blocked because of this, but if that person is left without choice (like it is in this case), he will sure try it.
The main reason is paypal don't trust banking system in most of countries. When the banking system has developed to a certain level in a country, they allow to withdraw money. That's not a problem with people in that country Thanks Blog.
I have no love for paypal! It is like you say, they do not mind if you upload money to your account and spend it and they make money, as long as someone don't want to pay you through them. I am South African and are one of those animals on that "special" list you are referring to. I can vouch for being treated like a corrupt criminal by them, for just being South African. Apart from that, their customer services STINKS! It is the one auto responder message after another. They are useless.
Trust is not an issue here, this is not child's play, a bank is a bank. And I'd like to ask. For example Egypt's banking system is the same and more advanced than other "Paypal Accepted" countries. Sorry, but it's Paypal's problem. If Moneybookers, Alertpay and more payment processors can handle money through banks with countries that Paypal don't accept, why can't Paypal do it?
Hmm! Now you are talking! I eagerly await that answer too! The only answer I got through one of the auto responders was that South Africa's banking laws are in conflict with Paypal's police! But what exactly that so called "conflict" may be is up to this day unknown.
