Hello, here are some clickbank tips and aslo warnings i need to share with most clickbank newbies. Here is the articles on the dangers on clickbank I have written. I would like to emphasis the point that clickbank CDR is something most people oversee. I have discussed about that as well. One thing I see people asking most in this forum is how to increase CTR? Well actually there is no hard and fast rule. My forex site is getting a conversion rate of under 10% but still manages around 400$ a month. So the real trick is to provide quality to your visitor. I have seen many people open up 1 or 2 page site's with hopes of getting sales. if you think it works, think again!!! The key is to provide articles (information) to your readers. Enlighten them and see how they respond. If you use article directories do not use any other sites other than ezinearticles.com because as far as I have experienced it's the best. They do not allow direct affiliate links. So either buy a domain and redirect it or write a blog post and provide that link. To your success
Hello, Thanks to your article on clickbank I found out something I had no idea about. That was dormant accounts and how you can lose money if you have no sales. A year of no sales and they will charge you $15 per pay period. That seems like a lot to me. Mike
Thanks for sharing the dangers...article was an eye opener! I LOVE the look of your Forex site, did you get it designed, or did you use a template? and can I ask how you generate traffic for that site?...which methods/strategies you use?
He...he...thanks for your reminder but I can make at least $1000 from my ugly blog ( forex)....and only few visitors per day..
It's all about testing and tweaking until you get your CTR to a solid level. Provide good information and your sales will take care of themselves.
True for most. but we cannot say that this is something clickbank should take out. the reason being that many people will use their clickbank account to buy products and also get the affiliate commission (Most have 75% commission so if you buy something for 200$ in effect you need to pay only 50$). So I do like the way clickbank deals with such issues. but I am not sure of what they do with the amount they deduct from us. Will they pay back the seller? I doubt!!! Got a template as a starter. Then had to tweak a lot. Traffic from yahoo answers, general seo methods get me traffic from Google and so on. Just keep posting good contents. You can see more forex articles on my forex blog which is attached to my main site to give an SEO boost. That's something strange. With few visitors you make 1000$???? Applies mainly to PPC campaigns. But content I must stress out
Traffic 4m Yahoo Answers???...never heard of this 'strategy' being used effectively before....would appreciate if you could please elaborate on this?
Ask a question related your niche. then answer using another account. Then vote as best answer using the question asked account and new account. Use proxy though
Thanks a lot for that article.I had also overseen that CDR of Clickbank.I had purchased 4 softwares from clickbank under my own affiliate links for which I was credited more than $300 but that amount was not released to me untill I made 4 more sales under different names and different creditcard logos under CDR requirement.I was a newbie that time so I studied an e-book ClickBank Affiliate Tips which was an eye opener to me.It helped me a lot in my success as a Clickbank affiliate.
Hmmmm...that's a good one...sounds a bit blackhat strategy though...won't Yahoo answers 'know'...especially if they record IP addresses? By proxy, do you mean asking somebody else to do it for you?
Everyone should appreciate free info mate not only noobs unless they already know it of course But even still there might be something they still do not know.
Glad I was of help. I have never read any books on clickbank. I have read about affiliate marketing from the free ebook aff masters. No you use proxy to create new account and vote so that the proxy ip is recorded and not yours. There are many yahoo answer services in DP. But with the change in the B/S/T forum its hard to find good ones
what part of look around don't you understand? http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=24 do you have to ask for help finding your own toes as well?
LOL Sorry buddy...I should propably go to sleep...its long due! Actually what I was getting at is, whether you've any recommendations as to WHOM to use for the Yahoo Answers service!...hope you're not offended!
I'm not really a fan of Yahoo Answers....because they ban people very frequently. You need to find a relevant question and give a useful answer - you then include a link to your site with information on CB products in that niche. But as I said, Yahoo likes banning people for posting links, so I've stayed away from it...not worth my time.
You will get banned if you are not careful. Make sure that 1. You clear your cookies before you create a new account or answer with another account. 2. Make sure the question is relevant to your niche. If you have a link building site, ask question like "how link building affects seo" and not a question like "which is the best link building company" and immediately you create a new account and give your link. Thats a bad practice. Ask a relevant question and give relevant answers. That's the key.
