you won't find anything if you are talking about bulk traffic. it is garbage.... you can put banners on forums for your niche often at low cost per month. if they don't have rates make them an offer.

You can't really buy cheap traffic that converts. Pay-Per-Click traffic can convert if you've set up your campaign and ad correctly. But all those buy thousands of visitors for x-many dollars things I've heard of just send you junk traffic (I say this based on both my own experience when I tried them starting out and from most of the comments I've seen from other people who've used them.). If you think about it, if these companies had the ability to send unlimited numbers of targeted visitors to any website, why not just send it all to their own website and make themselves billionaires?
Usually peoples here when buying traffic doing it to lower the ctr/ecpm ... since most of them getting too unusual quality traffic and none of them will be tempted to sell it.
