Hey there, I made one of these threads a month or so back and had many comments saying I needed a more web 2.0 design with rounded corners. Originally I ignored it, but the past few days I thought I may aswell put the extra effort in. I hope it's paid off! www.followtwitter.net Don't feel you have to comment just on the layout, try the functionality of the website aswell! Thanks, Sam.
Looks nice, but why do people have to register on your site? Just use the twitter authentication API. Also, make the logo clickable. And you may as well make the twitter usernames/avatars clickable, you wouldn't just want to follow anyone I presume..
As I want people to be able to have an username/email/password assigned to FollowTwitter; it means they can forget their password and use their email to gain it. I use oAuth so I see no problems with people thinking it's a phishing/credential store and I openly encourage them not to use their Twitter password. I've made the logo clickable.
there is no content jlukasin. it functionality. good job sam. i think the logo background is a bit off. you might want to try other pattern. just suggestion though.
Thanks for the suggestions. I quite like the pattern used, keeps a fresh look. It's not an alternative to Twitter, but thanks for the comment! When you say menu, do you mean the navigation in the top right? If so, it looks terrible in the middle - I tried it.
what is the advantage to join in your website? twitter is new in my town. no many people have a twitter account. it's very nice if you explain the advantage of twitter, and to join to your web
My website is about gaining followers on Twitter through a credit system. Basically, you can do tasks on FollowTwitter to gain credits (follow others, tweet about FollowTwitter, refer others). You then use these credits to advertise your profile on FollowTwitter. The more credits you have, the bigger incentive you give for others to follow you. I hope that helps.
