today i open my paypal and saw there is unauthorized transaction make on 24/07/2009 for USD 24.95 for a stupid subscription that i never subscription. Payment make to Lezon.com for monthly subscription from Premiumdrops.com but something i found is really ridiculous . 1. Paypal never send me a email about the payment. (lucky i saw it today). 2. There is only one primary email add in Paypal, nothing send to me after transaction done. 3. Have you contacted PayPal yet? I assume that they will investigate and try to get your money back, although I've never been through this so I don't know what exactly they do. I don't always get emails from PayPal, either. Most of the time I do but not always. Good luck with this.
everytime i make payment, Paypal will send me a email regarding the transaction but the fraud one no .... just wonder why and how they do it .
That is really strange because you are supposed to get email for each and every transaction. Call them up and inform them.
inform paypal about this unauthorized transaction, you will get 45 days for apply a dispute request. if u win i hope u could get your money back.
first make different password for your paypal and email account...there is looks like somoene have logged to your email account and paypal account...they using your paypal account and delete email notification from your inbox. Maybe someone get your account from hacked some shopadmin site...there is becouse still a lot of people using same password for any account they have. second you must contact paypal to solve this .Call them by phone ...,not just by email or dispute .So it will be solved quickly good luck..
both account using different name ..... btw the company should send me something after subscription but they didn't .... it make me suspect the company (lezon) fraud ...
First inform paypal you have anautorized transaction then change your password. hopefully paypal will provide us 2nd password via Mobile Phone SMS to make paypal more secure.
The same thing happened with my friend... He called PP and warned them against a legal action.. scared the crap out of them.. he had his money back in like 5-6 days.. In case everything else fails, you could try the same..
Paypal is really good in customer service. Call them or send an email to their support and explain the situation. They will sure help you in getting back your money. Don't worry mate, your hard earned money wont go off easily.
just files unauthorized transaction .. and paypal do the job .... only problem is my account become limited again, need to re verify ....
