My paypal is unverified and i am earning around 150$ - 200$ per month. will i be able to widraw to hdfc bank safely without any harm. As unverified paypal account can widraw max. 500$ per month. Searched through google and i am not able to find a proper solution for the vcc. Is HDFC vcc are working to verify paypal . Is debit card allowed to generate vcc .
Ya, you can withdraw it without any problem ! And ya you can use your Debit Card to generate vcc's and they also work with PayPal ! - Digital -
instead of opening in hdfc bank ,open an account in sbi which costs you only 500 rs for opening an account,then apply for sbi yuva card which is a debit card with which you can verify your paypal account too.
Are you sure about this are you tried with sbi yuva card, If its working fine then i can also apply for sbi YUVA .
craps , they use to accept 5k earlier now they charge 10k to open a new account , though i will open on hdfc account by next month . well yes, i have also search on google about it. though SBI YUVA card are for students , are you sure it wont have any problem while adding SBI YUVA CARD , i heard you get lot of pain in A** to find an expuse after adding you YUVA card
yes i recently applied for yuva card and got it and added that card to paypal ,now i am waiting for finding paypal 4 digit code,once i get verified i will inform you,one more yuva card is given to members who are having age between 21 to 30 all youngsters

I am currently using PNB bank account debit card(simple ATM card) and it is working very well, you can use that.
i prefer only government undertaken banks like Sbi,Do you know that i received funds to my bank account within one day ,great paypal deals mostly with government banks ,Best option is to choose Sbi,dont go for vcc ,i will help you to get verified with sbi

I advice you to not get verify with VCC. the HDFC netsafe wont work for varify, you can generate vcc with debit card also for hdfc only. but you can not fund your a.c. there are only credit card accepted to fund pp account. if you do not have problem to fund your account, then you may go for SBI YUVA card, which is issued for the age upto 30, otherwise you may go to GOLD card, which needs a minimum balance rs5k to maintain. do not go indian bank, or any other, pub sec banks. The other choice, is Axis bank credit card works with pp. you can get that by making a F.D rs25k. simply you can verify your pp for rs500. it works surely pm me.

Today i went to open a SBI account, and i asked about YUVA CARD... The Person who was there says... he dont know what is YUVA CARD, you only get a DEbit Card wth !!! T_D
i too faced the same situation,let me tell what happened,one day i went to bank and met with sbi atm issuing officer and ME: requested him that i want to apply for Sbi yuva card , ATM officer:replied that we dont issue it ,what is that what is it used for why do you want it?all useless questions he asked ME:but i told him calmly that i need a visa enabled card to verify for paypal ATM officer:what is paypal? ME:its an online merchant account which is used for safer transactions without exposing credit card. ATM officer:ok its your wish dont ask me if that doesnt works ME:ok sir ,i am responsible for everything ATM officer:you can also apply for credit card,why dont you apply? ME:as i am unemployee i dont get a credit card so YUVA card is the only one debit card which i can get as a student with visa enabled service, ME:he cooled down and said fill the application form ATM officer:ok,write down on the top of application form ,YUVA card ,its compulsory ME:i wrote he said ill forward the application within one week i received to my home YUVA card follow the same conversation with your atm officer to get that card, hope i helped you.
