Paypal limited account whats the solution

    My friend has a limited unverified paypal account and paypal is asking for credit card confirmation and utility bills what shall we do, shall we provide utility bills or credit card or both ?

    Yes, you have to provide the documents to lift the limitations. There is no other way.

    According to my knowledge paypal is a very secure transaction gateway. You can give the details.

    But guys please help me too. My friend is having an unverified paypal account. He is not having a credit card too. Can I make it verified with my credit card? and if he is not verifying it can he do monthly transactions? sending and withdrawing 500$? Any experience?

    Ask him to get a vcc *(virtual credit card) and verify paypal with that.

    paypal demand verify your paypal via credit card and demanding utility bills for address proof if you that have , you can use your passport, national id proof, DL.
