    Someone told me that I should remove text "ads" from sidebar to earn more from adsense.

    Shall i replace it with something like Buzzing

    Moreover guyz.. thanks a ton I will be start working on a new logo & header banner. :)

    Not too bad - one thing I noticed though is that I thought the background blue was a little rich, distracting me from the text. Maybe make the background a slightly "lighter" blue or the text slightly darker?

    A really well done design. You should use smaller font for footer. Put it in centered might look better.
