Hi, I am wondering if it would be possible to register a top level domain (.com / .net etc ...) , get it functional and then at the end of the month pay for it. Do you know of any registrar which would allow this?
I doubt there are any domain registrars doing that, they might end up losing their capital if there are abusers registering a domain and not paying after a month.
I only see most of registrars promote their domain registration with low price I've never seen free domain for 1 month ???

use your credit card and pay the bill next month. borrow money from friends/parents and pay next month.... but i guess there is no registrar let you pay next month.
I've never seen any registrar offer that. The credit card idea, using it just after the month on your account rolls over, will give you nearly two months credit before you have to pay it. Also look for coupon codes you can use to reduce the cost. I've seen a few threads in here with those.

You cannot do like that.. You have to pay first then only you can get a Domain...!! // Upto my knowledge!!
