Whenever I try to upload an image, no link url appears...I tried the browser uploader and disable my flash...it did not work...so i tried the flash uploader, it still did not work....it doest no upload any image as no link url appears in the window...I am using the latest version of wordpress, I should have installed the old one... any help would be appreciated.
what do you mean no link URL appears? Go to your dash board....click the media button on the left.....the view image...then click that image to take you to the page where it exists.....copy that URL
It is possible you need to change permissions on wp-content/uploads folder to allow uploads? Not sure if I fully understand the problem - do you manage to upload the image and don't get URL or you unable to upload image at all?
As @freesecrets describes check for permissions on wp-content/uploads or you are done with your hosting space. Check your hosting account for space !
