Traffic Exchange

I know that traffic exchange are forbidden by adsense but what if you had this scenario.

You would have a webpage on a different domain that would contain only a title and a link. That link would point to your webpage which contains adsense.

If you submit the webpage with only the title and link to traffic exchange, do you think Google would find out or penalize you?

 

Google will not penalize you but adsense will ban you

 

Then what if I create a page that redirects to your page. Wouldn't suck if you would get banned because of me?

Don't worry, I won't waste my time doing that. I'm just curious.

 

I guessed Google think that no way people want to spend much time and energy to make a website that redirect to other people sites.
Except maybe by our enemy that do that on purpose to make our site banned

 

I guess you could redirect to somewhere else if a page comes from a certain referral link.
