Google adsence registaring problem

When I submitted in google adsence, after few days they replied this---

All you need to do is follow the step-by-step instructions Google send to you:

 

just follow the instruction.

Make another page called "Confirmownership.html" and past

"This post confirms my ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense program
policies and Terms and Conditions." as content...that should solve the issue

Just create a new page and and paste this thing in that page -

And then resubmit your application with the link of that page ! ( in which you have pasted that above thing)
