Bizheri, Thanks for showing interest in Simplex. Shared hosting is allowed unlimited addons. Resellers may have unlimited accounts/domains hosted on them, as well as unbranded cPanel for clients. Lastly, your nameservers can be changed for your reseller, but aren't custom - They are setup by the WHM. Okay I bought the hosting, they lied. It is NOT DDOS PROTECTED. So..... thanks for the false adertisment.
You've totally over exaggerated the facts. Our servers are fully DDoS protected with server protection, which we have found to be more usefull than DDoS protected networks. The advertising applies to the introduction of a new server, which we will own and base in a datacentre which has DDoS protection, and will have server software aswell to allow a better defense. I have removed the piece of text until we introduce these servers. If you have any more issues, send us a support ticket. If you can't accept this, maybe you should just try and attack our server. Thank you for the positive responses, we've been overwhelmed with the sign ups from the users of digital point.
Hello. Unfortunately we're experiencing some issues with the server, however, have technicians working to resolve this issue as we speak. You may not that your product life has already been extended by 1 month for the issue.
