Have you checked how many of thıs sıtes are nofollow?

 

Now maximum bookmarking website become nofollow, i don't think it help to improve PR

Of course, it goes without saying.

I do believe that using nof websites to create backlinks has some SEO value - Let's assume that it won't distribute the PR juice, and that the links won't bare much fruits with SE, still the fact that a person visited a certain website will be noted by Google, as many of us use Google toolbar, which serves Google to gather info regarding surfing habbits.

So, it's better to use DOF websites, whenever we create backlinks, but still, good PR and highly popular websites can help as well, SEO wise.

 

but also it help in traffic and ranking.

However, I don't think by submitting only to these bookmarks sites we can get more PR.
We have to do more and more work to get good PR rather than this, Of couse, this is just 2-3% of it

 

i haven't check them, but i bookmark daily, and i believe these are in my do follow list

As i have mentioned before even if these are not do follow it well help get your content crawled more and secondly may lead to conversions from people stumbling into your site. Quite often if your site is in its early stages of optimisation these sites will obtain higher rankings in the SERPS and thus obtaining more traffic. Thanks for the list.
