Cpa Networks without a site?

I wanted to get into incentaclick (cxdigitalmedia now), but I got rejected due to not having a relevant site to use with them. What networks can I get approved without a site? Are there any that have instant approval like clickbank did (well I think it did, can't remember properly)?

I am looking for something that pays out good for weight loss, acai, colon cleansing related leads.

 

you realy dont need a website to get approved with cpa networks. I dont have a website and i am still approved with a couple of major netoworks.
Tell them you will be doing email marketing and PPC methods..if their is a place to fill the website put somethign like ppc.com so they will understand the ways u promote.

 

I was declined from many due to not having a site, I did send back an email to them saying that before though, but no reply yet.

 

YOu can easily create a WP blog or something to show them.
Also - in the comments section on your application you can say "I send traffic direct to the merchant. So my website is not relevant."

Follow up with a phone call - always - if you are denied. If you call them and explain, they may approve you on the spot.
